Safety and quality
Occupied schools, working civic buildings and running plants do not tolerate improvisation. Our crews work to a written plan and inspect their own installations before anyone else has to. Our experience modification rate is 0.85, against an industry average of 1.00.
Nobody gets hurt, and nothing gets built twice
Task specific briefings
Before energized work, the crew talks through the sequence, the isolation points and what happens if something is not what the drawings said.
Lockout and verification
De-energize, lock, tag and test. Nothing is treated as dead because somebody said it was dead.
Personal protective equipment
The right rating for the task, worn on site, not kept in the truck for when an inspector arrives.
Working around occupied buildings
Schools with students in them and plants still running change the plan. Access, barricades and shutdown windows get agreed in advance.
Self inspection before signoff
Crews check their own terminations, supports and labeling. An inspector should be confirming our work, not finding it.
Closeout documentation
Testing records, as builts and operating information assembled during construction so the handover is not a scramble.

Quality shows up in the parts nobody photographs
Straight, supported pipe. Terminations torqued to spec. Panels labeled so the next person can read them in five years. None of it wins an award. All of it is the difference between a system that ages well and one that becomes somebody else problem.
Send us the drawings. We will send back a number you can build on
Plans, a walk through, or a scope on the back of an email. Tell us what you have and we will tell you exactly what we need to price it.
