Palm Desert Sheriff Station, dispatch expansion

A ground up, single story addition on the Riverside County Sheriff campus at Gerald Ford Drive and Monterey Avenue, built to relocate the Coachella Valley Dispatch Center. Dispatch runs whether or not the grid does, so the electrical scope is built around standby power and continuity rather than square footage.

Palm Innovation Academy, kitchen and lunch shelter

Beaumont Unified School District gave a TK through 5 campus its first kitchen and lunch shelter since 1941, funded by Measure Z. We worked alongside general contractor Ledesma and Meyer, around a live campus and a fixed school calendar.

The bid is the easy part. Everything after it is the job

A foreman who owns the job

One person is accountable from rough in to final inspection. You are not chasing an office to find out what happened on your site this morning.

Paperwork that keeps up

DIR registration, certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting handled on schedule, so compliance never becomes the reason a pay application sits.

Coordination before the concrete

We would rather find the conflict in the shop drawings than in the slab. Underground and overhead routing gets resolved with the other trades first.

Closeout that does not drag

Labeling, as builts, testing records and operating documentation are assembled as the work happens, not reconstructed under pressure at the end.

Nobody gets hurt, and nothing gets built twice

Occupied schools, working civic buildings and running plants do not tolerate improvisation. Our crews work to a written plan, hold task specific briefings before energized work, and inspect their own installations before anyone else has to.
